About Enjoy Karo Yaar
Building mental wellness communities across Canada
Our Mission
Enjoy Karo Yaar exists to make mental health support accessible, culturally responsive, and youth-centered for Canadian Gen Z and young adults (ages 16-25).
Our name reflects Canada's beautiful multiculturalism. "Karo" (Hindi/Urdu for "do it") represents the diverse communities we serve – from Indigenous youth to newcomers, from LGBTQ+ young people to those navigating cultural identities.
We believe mental wellness is a right, not a privilege. We're here like your honest, caring friend – supportive without judgment, direct without being clinical, hopeful without minimizing pain.
What "Enjoy Karo Yaar" Means
"Enjoy" – Finding joy and wellness
"Karo" – Do it, take action (Hindi/Urdu)
"Yaar" – Friend, buddy (Hindi/Urdu)
Together: "Do wellness, friend" – an invitation to prioritize your mental health with support from people who care.
