Free Semi-Annual Yoga Classes
We host free yoga classes twice a year for young Canadians. These sessions are designed to be welcoming for all experience levels – whether you're a complete beginner or have been practicing for years.
Our yoga classes focus on:
- Gentle movement and stretching
- Breathing techniques for stress relief
- Mindfulness and body awareness
- Building community and connection
- Creating a judgment-free space for wellness

Note: No yoga experience required! Bring a mat if you have one, or we'll provide one for you.
